What We Do

A curated blend of movement, breath, emotional support, and spiritual connection designed for conscious motherhood.

1. Natural Birth Preparation & Body Wisdom

Strengthen, open, and align your body through yogic therapeutic postures, birthing ball sequences, and pelvic floor activation helping your body remember what it’s naturally designed for: birth with ease and confidence.

2. Lamaze Breathing & Rhythmic Relaxation

Learn rhythmic Lamaze-inspired breathing and deep body relaxation techniques that support you through every wave of labor helping you stay calm, centered, and in tune with your body’s natural rhythm.

3. Womb-Centered Practices & Space for the Baby

We work on creating space within and around the womb through posture, breath, and awareness so your baby feels held, supported, and free to grow. These home-centered, gentle practices prepare both your body and womb for easeful birthing.

4. Mindful Birthing Flow

We call it the Mindful Birthing Flow, a soulful blend of affirmations, guided visualizations, chanting, and meditative awareness that helps you release fear, connect deeply with your baby, and move through labor with trust and inner calm.

5. Emotional & Mental Balance Through Pregnancy

Grounding tools and mindfulness practices to help you stay emotionally steady, joyful, and confident because birth begins long before labor; it begins in the mind.

When I think back on my labor, one of the people I'm most grateful for is my prenatal yoga tutor, Arch. From the very beginning, she created a safe space where I felt strong and supported. Her classes weren't just about poses, they prepared my body and mind for birth. The breathing techniques she taught me became my anchor during contractions, and my labor was quick, just six hours. Thanks to Arch & wombhood, I didn't just go through labor but moved with it, and that made all the difference.

I was very sceptical about joining yoga during my pregnancy phase as it was my first time & I had no knowledge if it was going to be easy or will it cause any negative effect, etc. But to my surprise, it was one thing which kept me going. Those back pains were consistent but through these practices it got lowered and I felt lighter. I feel very grateful to have found wombhood at the correct time. Archya had been very generous, patient & polite to each one of us. Her sessions are extremely helpful. If you are pregnant at the moment & are confused about joining yoga sessions, I would suggest you to go ahead without a doubt. You won't regret your decision.

Archya is an intuitive, thoughtful, and no-nonsense teacher who makes every session meaningful. Archya! Firstly, thank you so much for the amazing prenatal yoga sessions. Even though I had to go through a C-section for medical reasons, your classes helped me stay positive throughout pregnancy, manage my back pain, and recover quickly postpartum. You were so kind and always adapted to my needs. I'm truly grateful. Thank you once again.

FAQs – Prenatal Program

Answers to help you understand how the program holds you across every trimester.

Who can join this program?

This program is designed for women at every stage of pregnancy. Each practice is customized for your trimester and your individual needs, helping you feel supported throughout. Our approach not only nurtures your body and mind during the journey but also prepares you for birth, increasing the chances of a natural delivery, helping manage labor pains, and even supporting shorter labor. Beyond the physical, the program helps you stay positive, deeply connected with your baby, and steady within yourself throughout your pregnancy.

Is it safe for first-trimester moms?

Yes, absolutely. The first trimester is a delicate stage, and that’s why we keep the practices safe, calming, and restorative. You’ll experience subtle joint movements, mindful breathing, guided relaxation, and baby connection practices that help release tension, reduce fatigue, and give you emotional steadiness, all while making sure your body feels cared for from the very beginning.

How is this different from regular prenatal classes?

Most prenatal classes focus on either pure fitness or only slow spiritual practices. At Wombhood, we bring the best of both worlds together. The program combines scientific yoga therapy, birthing ball practices, breathwork, and posture work with Garbha Sanskar, mantra chanting, and spiritual techniques. This all-in-one holistic approach supports your body for natural delivery and smoother labor, while also keeping you emotionally balanced, spiritually grounded, and deeply connected with your baby.

Can prenatal yoga help with labor and delivery?

Yes! Through pelvic strengthening practices, Kegels, breathing techniques, and mindful movement, our program helps you build the strength, awareness, and confidence needed for labor. These practices can increase the chances of a natural delivery, support pain management, and prepare you mentally and physically for the birthing process. And even if you have a C-section, the program ensures you have the resilience and strength for an easier postnatal recovery, helping you feel empowered every step of the way.

What is the batch size?

We keep batches small and intimate, with around 12 participants, so you can connect deeply with your teacher, receive personalized attention, and ask questions freely throughout the program.

What support will I get throughout the program?

You’re never alone on this journey. With guided sessions, resources, and ongoing support, we make sure you feel seen, cared for, and empowered every step of the way helping you nurture both yourself and your baby with confidence and calm.
